彼にはいろんな悪霊が見えるという裏設定があってね…… 最後には編集の仕事を辞め、山奥に潜んでいる 悪霊の親玉を祓うために、その身を捧げるのさ……

なぜお前達が思いつく設定は、 そんなにも振り切ったものばかりなんだ……？

Well, to keep your mind flexible and come up with good ideas, I sometimes think it's necessary to come up with tricky things.
いやあ、頭を柔らかくして良いアイディアを出すためには、 こういうトリッキーなものも、時には必要だと思ってねえ

役の人生を想像する、という役作りのヒントをもらったし、 急に頼ってしまったにも関わらず、一緒に中山物語を 作ってくれて……その想像力に、大いに助けられた！
